Refund Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality in custom PHP development and enterprise HMS solutions. Please review our refund guidelines below.
1. Custom Development Work
Due to the tailored nature of our software engineering—including custom PHP scripts and UI design—refunds are milestone-based. Once a specific milestone (e.g., Database Architecture or Frontend Integration) is approved, the associated payment is non-refundable.
2. Digital Software Licenses
For proprietary products like NEXVORATECH HMS or ImageBox, refunds are only granted if the software is technically non-functional on a server meeting our specifications and our support team cannot fix the issue within 7 business days.
3. Support & Maintenance Plans
Subscription-based maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time; however, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service already provided.
4. Request Process
To initiate a review, please open a ticket in our client portal or email support@nexvoratech.com within 14 days of the purchase or milestone delivery.
